At Fluff wear we do not have a "shopping basket" facility choosing instead to
keep things on a personal basis.
Once payment has been received we will start your order and when complete dispatch it to you via recorded delivery for which a signature is required. Please make sure that if this is not possible at your home address you must provide us with an alternative address where a signature may be obtained. The cost of postage and package is free throughout the United Kingdom and for
orders to be delivered outside the UK postage and package will be advised upon receipt of the order.
All items can be returned within 7 days and either exchanged for another design or refunded in full, excluding postage. Goods returned must be in the original packaging and condition received and return recorded delivery postage to be paid.
Goods will be sent within three days of your order, subject
to availability.

Please email or phone and let me know what items you would
like to purchase. To pay by Paypal all you need is an email address. Once I
have this just follow the directions on the return email to make payment.
Please also include in your email your full postal address as well as
what item/s you want to buy.
